⚠️ VEHICLE CAPACITY & STANDARDS:

VanHaulers generally requires cargo/sprinter vans to be **2014 or newer** with **high-roof configurations**. Additionally, vehicles must have a **minimum cargo height of 48-49 inches** and be capable of **fitting at least two standard-size pallets (48" x 40")** inside the cargo area. If your vehicle does not meet these standard dimensions, you may still apply for a manual review by our recruiting team.

Secured Cargo & Compliance Checklist

Commercial Straps (Required): I verify that I have a minimum of 4 commercial-grade heavy-duty ratchet straps to secure cargo loads. ⚠️ NOTE: Failing to secure loads restricts dispatch strictly to small boxed cargo that does not require strapping.

DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Highly Preferred, but Optional): I possess an active DOT Medical Card. 💡 Honest Truth: While not federally mandatory for cargo vans under 10,001 lbs, omitting this may limit your access to premium expedited broker networks.

Anchor D-Rings or E-Tracks (Highly Recommended, but Optional): My vehicle has integrated D-rings or wall-mounted E-tracks to prevent load shifting.

Cargo Load Bars / Lock Bars (Optional): I have cargo load bars or lock bars available in my van.
